Consilium’s operations are organised into a number of divisions in its two business areas, Marine & Safety and Automation, with a clear functional structure. This functional approach allows the Company to exploit synergies and economies of scale in development, production, purchasing, marketing and sales. The operations are led by the two business area managers. In parallel with Consilium’s product divisions, there is a global sales and service organisation led by the head of Consilium’s international market organisation. All three managers report to the President & CEO.
