Consilium has a worldwide network of subsidiaries and agents in order to provide the best support for our customers.
Our support includes everything in the range from service and maintenance of all our systems to spare parts and full retrofit installations. Marine safety is our key business therefore we work in close corporation with our customers and users in order to know their needs and requirements.
Consilium is represented through subsidiaries and agents in more than 50 countries including all major ports around the world. To further increase the service and availability of spare parts all our subsidiaries are able to handle all enquires and demands.
Consilium can offer our customers spare parts that are backward compatible with our initial equipment, well-trained service engineers as well as turnkey solutions for retrofit projects all around the world.
Our After Sales department is divided into four areas – Spare parts, Service, Support and Annual Performance Test (APT). In addition to this we also provide product education and service training for our service network, as well as customers with special requiremets.
