Employee share options
At the 2007 annual general meeting it was decided that Consilium AB’s key management personnel would be offered the chance to acquire 600,000 warrants. Each warrant entitles the holder to purchase one new class B share at a price of SEK 68.20 per share during the period 1 January – 30 June 2012, before adjustments for share issues etc.
