Environmental Monitoring
We provide a comprehensive range of analyzers, such as Oil Mist leakage monitoring, Inert gas monitoring and control, Scrubber exhaust monitoring and Combustion emission monitoring and control.
Exhaust emissions, Nitrogen Oxide, Sulphur Dioxide (NOX, SO2), Carbon Dioxide (CO2) and other greenhouse gases are some of the most harmful substances for the global environment mankind know about today.
Oxygen (O2 ) as we know it, is the breath of life, but can in a wrong environment actually be a peril.
As the latest segment in Consilium’s product portfolio, our Environmental Monitoring Systems comprises a large number of applications.
Supported by leading technologies, we provide a comprehensive range of analyzers covering a wide area of process monitoring and control applications. Typical applications are:
- Combustion emission monitoring and control
- Scrubber exhaust monitoring
- Oil Mist leakage monitoring
- Inert gas monitoring and control
The EMS-NOX, SO2 & CO2 monitoring in engine and boiler exhausts
The, BV type approved system, measures emissions of Nitrogen Oxide (NOX), Sulphur Dioxide (SO2) and greenhouse gas like CO2, from the engine exhaust by means of a stack mounted probe.
The System is a continuous measuring and analyzing equipment, unlike other solutions based on electrochemical sensor technology, the regulatory Chemiluminescent principle as stated in the “MARPOL Annex VI; NOx Technical Code”
The DOAS-CEM system monitoring the scrubber cleansed exhausts
The analyser detect and measure exhaust gases by means of an light emitting unit and receiver.
Received light is sent to the analyser using fibre optic cable.
The G2000, monitoring Oil Mist from hydraulic packs and engines
The open path monitor detect and alert at the presence of oil mist, created by leaking tubes and hoses by means of an light emitting unit and receiver. Received signals are sent to the analyser using fibre optic cable. The G2000 is a system greatly appreciated by vetting inspectors.
The G1000, monitoring opacity in engine and boiler exhausts
The light beam monitors, measures and alerts at increased obscurity levels of the exhausts, by means of a light emitting unit and receiver.
Received signals are sent to the analyzer using fibre optic cable.
The G36xx, monitoring Oxygen (O2),
in inert gases
The Oxygen analyzer G36 and Zirconia sensor, monitoring, measure and alert of any presence of oxygen in the inert gas lines. Regardless flue gas or Nitrogen.
The G36-Rig, is developed and produced with retrofit schemes in mind and the “do it yourself” easy-fit has been greatly appreciated among all kind of ship operators and vetting inspectors.
