Inert Gas Oxygen Analyzing System Salwico G3600/G3601

The Oxygen analyzer G36xx and Zirconia sensor, monitor, measure and alert of any undesired presence of oxygen in the inert gas lines, regardless of flue gas or Nitrogen.

The first generation G3500 was introduced on the market 2003 and now the new G36 family will extend the service to customers. The new analyzers provide feats like; interface via touch screen, isolated and stronger analogue signal, improved sensor, trend graph display, data logging, pressure compensation and others.

Since July 2009, fixed oxygen analyzer is a mandatory part of and must be approved and in compliance with the MED regulations on European flagged vessels i.e; most EU flags plus Norway and Switzerland. The MED directive impose even existing ships to comply.

Thus, the G3500 “rig” is extremely easy-fitted. Replacing almost any previously fitted equipment with a few swift manoeuvres only.
All brackets and pipe joints and couplings may come prefabricated and prepared for easy-fit.

The G36 Oxygen Analyzer comes in a stand alone box. Suitable for modular system integration like the G3500, but with the decisive improvements described above and the G36p Oxygen Analyzer is built for panel mounting.

The first panel mounted analyzer allowing customers to replace a number of inferior or obsolete systems.
