Consilium has received orders for fire and gas detection systems as well as navigational equipment for 70 ships being built at five Chinese shipyards. The total order value is SEK 21 million.

Consilium has received orders for a combination of fire and gas detection systems for 28 ships being built in South Korea. The total order value is more than SEK 10 million.

Consilium has received an order for a fire protection system at a port facility in Fujairah in the United Arab Emirates. The order, placed by Albanna Engineering, is for installation in the Port of Fujairah and the system will be delivered during 2014.

During January 2014, Consilium has received orders for fire alarms for more than 100 ships being built at Korean shipyards. The total order value is approx. SEK 15 million.

Consilium has received an order to equip 148 high-speed trains (total 1,184 coaches) with fire alarms. The coaches are being built by the Chinese train manufacturer Sifang. The order value is SEK 23 million.

Consilium has agreed to acquire 51 per cent of the shares in the Indian fire safety company Sureland Fire & Security Pvt Ltd. The company, which has around 100 employees, is expected to achieve a turnover of approx. SEK 80 million in 2014.

Consilium has entered into a principle agreement to transfer its Italian radar business, including radar product development, production and sales, to Navico.

Consilium has received an order to deliver a fire detection system as well as a door control system for a cruise ship being built in Germany for Norwegian Cruise Line (NCL).

Consilium Italy has received orders to deliver fire detection systems for three cruise ships and radar systems for a number of naval vessels. The order value is SEK 20 million.
