Consilium has received an order for a complete Fire Safety system for a power plant in Darlpalli,  India. The customer is NTPC (National Thermal Power Corporation). The order value is 37 SEK million.

 

Consilium is a leading supplier of complete fire safety system solutions for niche markets with high safety demands and high protection values. The above order is a complete fire safety system with fire detection and alarm plus fire protection system for a coal power plant with 2 x 800 MW capacity.

Consilium has acquired the Australian marine company Novamarine Instruments Pty Ltd. The company has net sales of around 25 MSEK and sell marine equipment and service for both commercial and navy ships in Australia and New Zealand.  

 

“This acquisition is in line with the Consilium strategy and strengthen our global market organization further. After the acquisition, Consilium has  own companies with sales and service in 22 countries. Novamarine has been in this business for 35 years, and we will by this acquisition get a stronger presence and basis for continued development in Australia and New Zealand”, says Ove Hansson, President and CEO.

Consilium Marine & Safety AB has signed a "Letter of Intent" with the French train manufacturer Alstom Transport SA to supply fire alarm systems to the South African PRASA project. The project includes equipment to 600 trains with locomotives and cars, which will be delivered over a period of ten years.

- This project is of strategic importance for Consilium with respect of supplying fire alarm systems for trains in Africa. Future deliveries within this contract is not yet included in the reported order intake for Consilium, it will be posted as new orders when the formal order for each part delivery is received, said Ove Hansson, president of Consilium.

We are proud to announce that Stena Line AB has chosen Consilium as their supplier of 16 VDR systems to the Stena Line fleet. Each vessel operates from Sweden to surrounding countries in northern Europe.

Stena Line and Consilium have a long history together and an established relationship, after many safety and VDR installations on board the Stena Line fleet.

Consilium have received an order of fire protection systems for 23 trainsets, each consisting of 8 cars from Sifang. The 23 train sets are included in a platform of 73 trainsets and Consilium have delivered fire protection systems to the whole plattform.

Consilium recived an order of fire protection for 12 trainsets, each consisting of 8 cars from Sifang. This platform is a further development of Sifangs achievement in this field of high speed trains.

Consilium have received an order of fire protection for 4 trainsets of cars for CSR Sifang.

In total we will deliver 9 trainsets this year.
